ABOUT ME

Douglas P Cooper

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.  I love to travel.  I've lived all over the country, but very recently have made North Carolina home since moving here from the Sierra Foothills in Northern California.  I'm excited to raise my family in Western North Carolina, and build a strong connection with the local community. 

I'm an Emmy award winning video producer, and have been professionally practicing still photography for over a decade, and video for more than 20 years.
I started "Blue Ridge Images" with a goal to set down roots and provide Photography & Video locally for my community.

My experience is extensive.  I've collaborated both as an employee & freelancer to some of the most well know companies & individuals in the world.  I've been hired by major studios like FOX, ABC, and HBO to create compelling video & still photography content.  During my projects over the years I've had the honor of working and collaborating with some of the most well known musicians, athletes, models, and public figures from around the world.
